Reason #12 of shifting to WINGS Platform:

Round-the-clock technical support.
Different ways of technical support are possible including round-the-clock support. Service Level Agreement (SLA) is negotiated and signed up with the customer.

WINGS Platform

WINGS Platform is a solution for developing and providing mobile services based on SMS, IVR, WAP, MMS, USSD, J2ME technologies meant for automation system of content and service providers and aggregators.

WINGS Platform is a part of a WINGS industrial platform that has more than 100 implementations in 17 countries of the world.

Basic Functions of the Platform:

  • Connecting to any operators' mobile interfaces: SMPP, UCP/EMI, GSM-modems, HTTP(S), SMTP, MM7, ISDN PRI, H.323, SIP and etc.;
  • Aggregation of external content-providers, support of various aggregation interfaces, including SMPP and HTTP;
  • Ready-made connection interfaces to leading aggregators: InCor, Infon, Nikita Mobile, Svyaznoy Zagruzka, A1, Plastic Media, SMS Traffic and etc.; rapidly adding new interfaces.
  • Ready-made partnership systems for micropayments and media content;
  • A vast number of ready to use services for content and service providers along with a 'builder" for creating services.
  • Different access levels; adjustable WEB-interface; interfaces for partners, sub-providers, content suppliers, right holders and other counteragents.
  • Easy and functional mobile content management system, content adaptation for mobile terminal, different ways of content publications: WAP/WEB/Java/USSD catalogues, voice menu and etc.;
  • Integration with electronic payment systems (KiberPlat, OSMP, Rapida, Yandex.Money, WebMoney, credit cards and etc.);
  • Statistics for messages, calls, requests and provided services; flexible accountability system; ratings and analytics;
  • WAP, GPRS, MMS automatic tuning controls send out.

Advantages of the Platform:

  • Installation and implementation in the shortest possible time; quick product launch;
  • High reliability and fault tolerance; monitoring and safe mode;
  • Open scalable architecture; fast integration with any information systems; load balancing capability; platform independence;
  • Flexible pricing policy; various ways of system licensing and delivery, ability to minimize initial costs and invest into the system so far as business grows; low cost of ownership.

The platform is based on SOA architecture, it has a distributed scalable architecture and supports load balancing among servers. The servers can work in a parallel mode for load balancing and securing fault tolerance as well as in a mutual exclusion mode (standby mode).

Due to the distributed architecture of the platform it is possible to increase the supported load in case of emergency by mere adding of servers.

The platform consists of many independent modules (services), each of which can be hosted on a separate server. Several objects of one functional module can work in parallel including work on different servers.

Also, when servers work in load balancing mode, they can monitor each other and in case one of them fails, other servers can perform its functions (for example, to initiate necessary SMPP-connections and to start message processing).

Multi Transport Services of WINGS Platform

ћультитранспортность платформы WINGSDue to the support of many mobile and Internet-technologies (SMS, IVR, WAP, WEB, MMS, RBT, J2ME, USSD), the platform serves as an integrated system with a single database and various interaction channels with the owners of mobile terminals.

The platform enables content providers to provide convergent multi transport services and herewith use a single integrated system. It identifies solutions to many problems: content storage and statistics revision in truly different systems, inconvenience of use, complicated support, high development cost.

The advantages are obvious:

  • Deep integration of various access channels;
  • Work with one supplier;
  • Ability to start with one transport, for example, with SMS, and later quickly put into operation voice services.
